How to file a takedown notice

If you believe content on DPKhazana uses your copyrighted work without permission, email contactmuskanmittal@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include:

  2. A description of the copyrighted work you own, with a link to the original or proof such as the original file or a portfolio page
  3. The exact URL(s) on DPKhazana.com where the material appears
  4. This statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.”
  5. This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable)

Notices missing any of these details may be delayed or may not be acted on.

What happens next

  • 24 hours: We confirm we received your notice.
  • 48–72 hours: We review it and remove or disable the content if the notice is valid.
  • After removal: Where possible, we tell the person who supplied the content.

  2. The URL of the removed content
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification

Repeat infringement

We remove contributors and sources that repeatedly infringe copyright.
