This policy explains who owns the content on DPKhazana.com, how you may use it, and what to do if you find your work here.
1. Our content
The DPKhazana name and logo, the website design, page text, category names, captions, quotes and shayari written by our team, and images we create or edit ourselves belong to DPKhazana. You may not copy, republish or sell this content on another website, app or channel without our written permission.
2. Where our images come from
- Original designs made by our team, including edits, text overlays and festival graphics
- Free-to-use and licensed sources, such as royalty-free stock libraries and AI image tools whose terms allow publishing
- Creator contributions, shared with us with the creator’s permission
We do not claim ownership of images supplied by third parties. Where we know the creator, we credit them.
3. How you may use images
Allowed: Using an image as your own profile picture, WhatsApp status, story or phone and desktop wallpaper, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not allowed: Selling images, using them in ads, products, merchandise or paid content, re-uploading our collections to another website or app, or removing watermarks or credits.
For commercial use, contact the original creator, or write to us and we will help where we can.
4. Images of people
We do not publish private photos of real individuals. Do not use any image from DPKhazana to impersonate someone, create a fake profile, mislead others or harass anyone.
5. Credit or removal requests
If you created an image on DPKhazana and want it credited, linked to your profile or removed, email contactmuskanmittal@gmail.com with:
- The page URL where your image appears
- A link to the original, or proof that you created it
- Whether you want credit or removal
We act on genuine requests within 48–72 hours. For formal legal notices, follow our DMCA Policy.
6. Trademarks
Brand names, logos and festival names mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse DPKhazana.
7. Disclaimer
We take care to publish only content we are allowed to share. If something slips through, we fix it promptly once we are told. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
